A feed mill associate, is responsible for overseeing the daily operations and management of the feed mill facility. Your primary objective is to ensure the efficient and safe production of high-quality animal feed products. You will be accountable for coordinating various aspects of the production process, managing staff, and maintaining the facility's overall productivity. This role requires strong leadership, organization, and problem-solving skills, as well as an understanding of the feed production industry.

Career Responsibilities:

Production Oversight: Supervise the entire feed production process, from raw material intake to final product packaging. Ensure that all operations are carried out in compliance with safety, quality, and efficiency standards.

Quality Control: Implement and maintain strict quality control measures to ensure that the feed products meet the required nutritional specifications and safety standards. Regularly inspect the production process and conduct quality tests to identify and address any issues promptly.

Production Scheduling: Develop and maintain production schedules to meet customer demands while effectively managing inventory levels. Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to forecast feed requirements and plan production accordingly.

Equipment Maintenance: Oversee the maintenance and repair of production equipment to ensure smooth operations and minimize downtime. Schedule routine maintenance checks and address any equipment malfunctions promptly.

Health and Safety Compliance: Enforce and promote a culture of safety among the production team. Comply with all health and safety regulations, conduct regular safety training, and implement best practices to minimize workplace accidents.

Reporting and Documentation: Maintain accurate records of production activities, inventory levels, and quality control measures. Prepare regular reports for senior management on production performance and other relevant metrics.

Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process optimization and implement changes to enhance productivity, quality, and safety. Stay updated with industry trends and advancements to adopt best practices
