Position Overview

We are seeking motivated and dependable individuals to join our agronomy team as Seasonal Agronomy Laborers. This role is essential to supporting daily operations during the busy planting and growing season. The position involves hands-on work in crop production, facility operations, and customer support.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with blending, treating, and loading seed, fertilizer, and crop protection products.

• Perform general labor tasks including handling, stacking, and moving agricultural products.

• Operate and maintain equipment such as forklifts, loaders, and tender trucks as needed.

• Support field agronomy staff with crop scouting, sampling, and field observations.

• Load/unload trucks and assist with product deliveries to growers.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of facilities, warehouses, and equipment.

• Follow all safety guidelines and company policies to ensure a safe working environment.

Qualifications

• Previous agricultural or farm-related experience preferred but not required—training provided.

• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor in varying weather conditions.

• Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn equipment operation.

• Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.

• Valid driver’s license required; CDL preferred but not necessary.
