Full-Time | Seasonal Peak Hours Required
Pay Range: $18-$21/hour
We are looking for a motivated Entry-Level Agronomy Truck Driver and laborer to support daily operations at our agricultural branch. You will be home every night! This role includes hauling crop inputs, assisting with facility upkeep, operating heavy equipment, and supporting the agronomy team during busy seasons. Training is provided for qualified candidates who want to grow their career in agriculture and ag operations.
Safely operate a straight truck with a manual transmission to deliver agricultural products.
Transport anhydrous ammonia, crop protection products, and seed to customer farms and branch locations.
Assist with routine maintenance and cleaning of trucks, equipment, and facilities.
Operate forklifts and skid loaders for loading, unloading, and material handling (training provided if needed).
Help maintain office, shop, and grounds as directed.
Support agronomy and operations teams with general tasks as assigned.
Agriculture or farming experience preferred (entry-level candidates encouraged to apply).
Ability to operate a manual-transmission truck.
Basic mechanical skills and willingness to learn equipment maintenance.
Ability to operate or learn to operate a forklift and skid loader.
Strong communication skills and ability to follow established procedures.
Valid driver’s license; Class A CDL with Hazmat endorsement preferred (or willingness to obtain).
Able to sit, bend, reach overhead, and lift 60+ lbs regularly.
Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
Must pass pre-employment drug screen and physical.
