CDL Class A/B Driver
Location: Campbellsburg, IN
Schedule: Full-Time (Local Routes)
Pay: $18 – $21/hour

Position Summary
We are seeking a dependable CDL Class A/B Driver to support agronomy operations in Campbellsburg, IN. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a combination of local driving, equipment operation, and hands-on work in an agricultural environment.
As a CDL Class A/B Driver, you will play a key role in delivering agricultural products safely and efficiently while supporting equipment maintenance and daily branch operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate commercial trucks (manual transmission) in a safe and efficient manner
- Deliver fertilizers, crop protection products, and seed to customers and branch locations
- Safely transport and handle anhydrous ammonia
- Load and unload materials using forklifts and skid loaders
- Conduct routine inspections and assist with basic maintenance of vehicles and equipment
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the shop, office, and grounds
- Support team operations with additional duties as assigned

Qualifications
Required:
- Valid driver’s license (CDL Class A or B preferred)
- Ability to operate manual transmission vehicles
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to follow safety guidelines and procedures
- Comfortable managing multiple tasks in a dynamic work environment
Preferred:
- Hazmat endorsement
- Experience in agriculture, farming, or agronomy
- Basic mechanical knowledge
- Experience operating forklifts and skid loaders
- Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift 60+ lbs on a regular basis
- Capable of bending, sitting, and reaching overhead throughout the day
- Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and physical exam
