Heavy Equipment Operator
Location: McLean, IL | Full-time, on-site
Pay: $18–$25/hour (DOE)
Hours: 7:30-4:00 during the off-season, during application season, must be willing to work more hours and weekends

About the Role

As a  Heavy Equipment Operator, you will be responsible for operating application equipment safely, performing precise applications, and maintaining high-quality standards in the field. You will work both independently and alongside other team members to ensure our services are delivered professionally.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain application equipment and machinery safely and efficiently
• Perform accurate applications with attention to detail
• Represent the company professionally while on-site
• Follow all safety and licensing regulations ​​​​​
• Work independently and as part of a team to complete daily tasks

Requirements

• Willingness to obtain and maintain a Commercial Applicator License
• Willingness to obtain and maintain a Class B CDL
• Strong reliability, work ethic, and mechanical aptitude
• Flexibility to work extended hours and weekends during peak seasons

Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1+ year of custom application experience
